a. Testing procedures are prepared for use
by Signal Field Maintenance Shops and Signal
Service Organizations responsible for general
support maintenance of electronics equipment
to determine the acceptability of repaired
equipment. These procedures set forth specific
requirements that repaired equipment must
meet before it is returned to the using organi-
zation. These procedures may also be used as
a guide for testing equipment that has been
repaired at direct support, if the proper tools
and test equipments are available. A summary
