Toolkit, General Mechanics (item 5, Section Ill, Appendix B).
Front and side panels removed (5 and 8, fig 1-2).
Shop Equipment, Automotive Maintenance and Repair:
Organizational Maintenance, Common No. 1, less
General Safety Requirements:

WARNING
Hydraulic oils are toxic and flammable.
Do not use near heat or open flame.
Area should be well ventilated. DO NOT SMOKE.
1) Disconnect and plug the two hydraulic lines (1) from the oil cooler (5).
2) Remove the screws (4), lockwashers (3) and flatwashers (2) on each side of the oil cooler and remove
oil cooler from cabinet.

1) Install oil cooler (5) to radiator with the screws (4), lockwashers (3) and flatwashers (2). Hand tighten
screws at this time.
2) Connect hydraulic lines (1) to oil cooler (5).
3) Tighten screws (4).
