1-8. WARRANTY. The tester is warranted by Turbomach for two years. Warranty starts on the date found on
DA Form 2410 or DA Form 2408-16 in the logbook. Report all defects in material or workmanship to your
supervisor who will take appropriate action.
1-9. MAINTENANCE FORMS AND RECORDS. Department of
the Army forms and procedures used for
equipment maintenance will be those prescribed by TM 38-750, the Army Maintenance Management System.
1-10. DESTRUCTION OF ARMY MATERIEL TO PREVENT ENEMY USE. Destroy tester when
evacuation to safety is not possible. Refer to TM 750-244-1-4.
1-11. QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC). Refer to FM
55-411.
1-12. REPORTING EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS (EIR). If
your tester needs
improvement, let us know. Send us an EIR. You, the user are the only one who can tell us what you do not like
about your equipment. Let us know why you do not like the design. Put in on SF368 Quality Deficiency Report
(QDR). Mail it to us at:
