follows:
(1) Remove covers and components as required to gain access to

rivet(s) to be replaced.

(2) Center punch the rivet head of rivet to be replaced.
( 3 ) Using a drill smaller than the diameter of the rivet, drill
out the center of rivet head to be replaced.
