ECU, P4 from fuel shutoff solenoid, P7 from ignition unit, and P9

If all continuity checks good, replace ECU (paragraph 4-31).

Check GTE LOW FUEL PRESS indicator.
Step 1.
a.
If indicator is off while engine is operating, go to step 4
of malfunction 21.
b.
If indicator is on (red), do next step.
Check auxiliary fuel pump.
Step 2.
a.
If voltage is present between fuel pump leads when ENGINE
CONTROL switch is set to START and pump does not run, replace
fuel pump, and perform operational check.
b.
If voltage was not present between fuel pump leads, do
step 3.
